Do I have the right to return a product?

Are you responsible if my dog gets injured or runs away?
No. All use of our products is at the customer’s own risk. We are not liable for injury to animals, persons, or property, nor for indirect or consequential damages.

Can I file a claim if the product is defective?
Yes. If the product has an original manufacturing defect, you are entitled to file a claim in accordance with consumer protection laws. Normal wear and tear, chew damage, incorrect sizing, or misuse are not covered.

• Always check fit, stitching, and fastenings before use
• Use the correct size for your dog
• Replace the product if signs of wear appear
• Never leave your dog unattended while wearing a harness, collar, or leash
• Use a harness instead of a collar for strong pullers
